This is the first post for the corporation website i know this isnt great but all i can do for time being if any of you know of sites i can use that are better please mail me in game

well back to business i am currently looking for members of the foundation to fill 3 specific roles

1: mining advisor ---Postion now filled by Gore Axe

---qualifications---

• Knowledge of skills, ships and equipment best suited towards mining
• Knowledge of ores and aviable minerals from them aswell as where they can be found
• Good leadership skills

---roles---

• Arrange regular mining operations (provide haulers and security)
• Search out new regions and fields to mine within
• Give guidance to the newer players who join

2: factory/sceince officer

---qualifications---

• Knowledge of skills needed to be an effective manufactorer and reasearcher
• Knowledge of blueprints

---roles---

• Organise factory operations
• Survey needs of corp to manufactor needed ships, modules and ammo
• Survey local market and find which items to manufactor to grant largest profit margins
• Guide new members in becoming effective manufactorers and sceintists

3: military advisor

---qualifications---

• Knowledge of skills, ships and modules best suited for military purposes
• Good leadership skills

---roles---

• Orginise mission gangs
• Orginise defense teams for mining ops if they are needed
• Guide new members in becoming effective fighter pilots
• Create a nice sized fleet with all round effectivness (variety of ships and skills)
• Collect information on other orginizations and pirates to determine threats to the foundation

All of these roles need to be filled in as soon as possible to get the foundation working effectivly.

Any member of the foundation may apply for any of these jobs and can send me a evemail requesting an interview.

For those who wish to apply but dont believe they have the knowledge i am asking for i surgest you go on to eve online website and study the information given within the player guide and knowledgebase as wel as using any other source you can get information from.

In time those with these roles will also get a wage on a weekly or monthly bases the amount is unknown and will be discussed at a later date.
